High Point Jackpot Entry Form

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The high point jackpot competition is open to all ANWARC members in good standing.  Jackpot contestants must comply with the requirements in place for ANWARC Year End Awards:  must compete in at least half the shows; must fulfill the four-hour work requirement, and both the owner and exhibitor must be a current member of a current ANWARC member club before points will count.

Awards will be presented for the following categories – Please mark your competition category:

            _____Gaited Senior High Point Exhibitor (19 & Older as of 01/01/08)

            _____Gaited Junior High Point Exhibitor (18 & Younger as of 01/01/08)

            _____Open Senior High Point Exhibitor (19 & Older as of 01/01/08)

            _____Open Junior High Point Exhibitor (18 & Younger as of 01/01/08)

This is a jackpot CASH competition, with the winner taking all in each division, to be presented at the ANWARC Awards Banquet.

APPLICATION: ANWARC members who wish to participate in the competition are required to complete an official Entry Form and mail it to the ANWARC Treasurer along with the fee of $20 per horse.

***** This is a "One Horse/One Competitor" competition ****

Please use a separate entry form for each horse-and-competitor combination.  One exhibitor may compete with more than one horse, as long as a separate entry is made for each horse/competitor combination.  Points earned by a single exhibitor with multiple horses are NOT combined for an overall high point.  Each horse/exhibitor combination constitutes a separate entry in the jackpot.

Qualifying events for the competition are those starting with the first ANWARC show through the last ANWARC show of 2008.  All winners will be notified of their yearend status and encouraged to attend the ANWARC Award Banquet.

ANWARC reserves the right to modify or cancel this program or any components at any time. Check the ANWARC website for a downloadable .pdf rules file, which may be updated from time to time.
